1. Eligibility:

   - The 30-day money back guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from www.aquatrident.com through our official website 

   - The guarantee period begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by our shipping records.

 

2. Initiation of Return:

If you are not satisfied with the watch after 30 days you are welcome to return it with your money back. 

   - To initiate a return, customers must email our customer service team at Aquatrident@time-culture.com within 30 days of receiving the watch.

   - The email must include:

     a) Order number

     b) Detailed reason for dissatisfaction

     c) Minimum 3 Clear, high-resolution images of the watch from multiple angles, including any areas of concern

 

3. Return Process:

   - Upon review of the initial email, if deemed eligible, customers will receive return instructions.

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the watch is adequately protected during transit.

   - The watch must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

   - Aquatrident is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

4. Condition Requirements:

   - The watch must be in "like-new" condition, free from any wear, scratches, or damage.

   - The watch must not have been sized, adjusted, or modified in any way.

   - All protective stickers and tags must be intact and with the watch.

To protect our customers and make sure we handle everything with fairness we cannot accept:

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence /accidents.

 

 

 

5. Inspection and Final Decision:

   - Upon receipt, Aquatrident will conduct a thorough inspection of the returned watch.

   -  Aquatrident reserves the right to refuse a refund if the watch does not meet our condition requirements or shows signs of wear or damage. We are happy to discuss this with you before our decision. 

   - The decision made by Aquatrident regarding the condition of the returned watch and eligibility for refund is final.

 

6. Refund Process:

   - If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our inspection.

   - The refund will be for the purchase price of the watch only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

7. Limitations:

   - This guarantee is limited to one return per customer per year.

   - Aquatrident reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
